Application Procedures
Please select the date and time of your desired event and apply.
Please fill in the required items on the application form and check the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the site before applying.
An auto-reply e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered to confirm that your application has been received. If you set an anti-spam filter, please set it to accept e-mails from us.
Process of Confirming a Reservation
There are two ways to book tours and programs on this site: first-come first-served, and approval-based.
In the case of first come first served, we will immediately send you a reservation confirmation e-mail after your application.
In the case of approval-based, your reservation will be confirmed when you receive a reservation confirmation e-mail after your application. We will send you a reservation confirmation e-mail within 3 days of your reservation, but please note that if the tour/experience is fully booked, you may be asked to cancel your application.
Procedures of the Payment
Once your reservation is confirmed, please make a payment using the payment URL link provided in the e-mail.
Please make the payment prior to the designated date before the date of the tour/experience begins.
Change of the Contract Details
天災地変、戦乱、暴動、運送機関等のサービス提供の中止、官公署の命令、当初の運行計画によらない運送サービスの提供その他の当社及び催行者の関与できない事由が生じた場合、契約内容を変更することがあります。
Cancellation of Contract by the Company and the Tour Operator
The Company may cancel the tour contract before the tour/experience starts in the following cases.
- When the client fail to pay the tour price by the designated date.
- When it becomes evident that the client does not satisfy the gender, age, qualification, skill or other requirements specified by the Company in advance for participating in the tour.
- When the client is deemed unable to endure the tour due to illness or other reasons.
- When there is evidence that the client threatens to cause other participants embarrassment or inconvenience, or might otherwise interfere with the smooth performance of the collective activities of the tour/experience.
- When the minimum number of participants as stipulated by the Company in the Travel Contract has not been met. In such cases, the tour operator shall notify the client of tour cancellation no later than 3 days prior to the start of the tour/experience.
- In the event of natural disasters, wars, riots, suspension of travel services such as transportation/accommodation facilities, orders by government authorities, or other reasons beyond our control, and when safe and smooth tour operation according to the itinerary has become impossible, or there is a valid reason to believe that the tour cannot continue.
Precautions
The number of people who can apply for a batch varies depending on the tour/experience. Please check the menu of each experience.
Depending on the experience, reservations may be made for one person at a time.
Schedule Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to change the menu or date/time of your reservation, please contact us by email.
A cancellation fee will be charged depending on the timing of the email sent with the change request.
If we do not reply to you by e-mail confirming the acceptance of the change, it means that your request for change was not accepted. Please note that cancellation fees may apply in some cases.
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply.
100% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee for cancellations made after 6:00 PM three days prior to the tour date.
Liability of the Company
In the event that the Company or the organizer causes damage to the client, our company or the organizer will indemnify the client for the damage within the coverage of travel insurance.
However, as a general rule, we will not be liable in the following cases.
Natural disasters, wars, riots, accidents or fires of transportation and accommodation facilities, delays or discontinuance of transportation services, changes in travel itineraries or cancellation of tours due to such reasons, orders by government authorities, or any other reasons beyond the control of the Company or the tour operator.
Travel Insurance Coverage
- Accidental loss of life and / or Physical Impediment: (maximum) 3,300,000 yen
- Hospitalization: 3,000 yen per day
- Outpatient: 2,000 yen per day
We recommend that foreign visitors traveling from outside of Japan purchase their own inbound insurance.
Liability of Client
If the Company or the tour operator suffers any damage due to the intentional or negligent act of the client, the client shall compensate the Company or the tour operator for the damage.
The client is required to make every effort to utilize information acquired from the company and the tour operator, and to understand the details of his/her rights/responsibilities as well as the details of tour conditions.
Confirmation of the Meeting Place
The meeting place varies depending on the tour/experience.
- If you miss the meeting time due to your mistake in the meeting place, you will be responsible for that. Please be sure to check the meeting place in advance.
- If you miss the meeting time due to your mistake in the meeting place or other reasons, we may have to cancel your application.
During busy periods, it is often difficult to contact local staff. Please arrive at the meeting place with time to spare.
Handling of Personal Information

Notice of Tour/Experience Cancellation
Tour/experience may be canceled due to the spread of new infectious diseases or inclement weather. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If the tour/experience is canceled, we will notify you via the e-mail address you registered at the time of reservation.
We Ask for Your Cooperation in Taking the Following Precautions to Prevent the New Infectious Diseases on Your Participation
When holding tours/experiences, we will prioritize ensuring the health and safety of the participants and operational staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
- Physical Condition Management

Please refrain from participating if you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, have symptoms of a cold such as a cough or sore throat, or those who are unwell.
- Hand Washing and Sanitizing

Please wash and sanitize your hands before participating in the tour/experience.
- Please Refrain from Participating if You Fall Under Any of the Following Conditions

- Those who have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for covid-19.
- Those who have a family member living with them or a close acquaintance who are suspected of being infected.
- Those who are required by the government to undergo a post-entry observation period after entering Japan.
*If there is a request from a public institution (public health center, etc.) for the purpose of preventing the spread of new type of infectious diseases such as covid-19, clients’ personal information may be provided.
- You May Be Asked to Fill in a Consent Form on the Day of the Event in Order to Participate
